车站值班员作业标准自动评估及干预体系研究

摘　　要：车站值班员在接发列车中需要执行“眼看、手指、口呼”制度,针对车站值班员存在非标准化作业而导致行车事故的情况,提出车站值班员作业标准化自动评估及干预体系。在实际作业环境部署眼动测试仪、动作捕捉仪、鼠标箭头坐标获取系统、语音采集设备,完成对“眼看、手指、口呼”作业数据的采集,通过数据对比分析,实现作业标准化自动评估。建设CTC/TDCS仿真系统,采用相同的技术方案,在仿真环境下完成对非标准化作业的精准干预,纠正“眼看、手指、口呼”作业,从而保障行车安全。提出的车站值班员接发列车作业标准化自动评估和干预体系,可为车站智慧化建设提供参考。In order to solve the problem of traffic accidents caused by non-standard operation of the station attendant,it is necessary for the station attendant to carry out the rule of“eye-looking,finger-pointing,mouth-shouting”in train receiving and departure,the automatic evaluation and interpose system of station attendant's operation standardization is put forward.In the actual work environment deployment eye movement test instrument,mouse arrow coordinate acquisition system,movement capture instrument,speech acquisition equipment,complete the“Eye,finger,mouth call”work data collection,through the data comparative analysis,realize automatic evaluation of operation standardization.CTC/TDCS simulation system is constructed,adopting the same technical scheme,under the simulation environment,the precise intervention to the non-standard operation is completed,and the eye-looking,finger-pointing and mouth-shouting operation is corrected,thus ensuring the traffic safety.The standardized automatic evaluation and intervention system for receiving and dispatching trains by station attendant proposed in this paper can provide reference for intelligent construction of stations.
