二元结构与本土立场:俄罗斯地理空间演化视野下的文明断层线与乌克兰  

Dual Structure and Native Standpoint:The Fault Line of Civilization and Ukraine in the Perspective of Russian Geospatial Evolution

摘　　要：本文通过对俄罗斯地理空间演化历史的梳理,解释了东西方文明断层线的由来,以及因乌克兰被其贯穿而导致的动荡与撕裂。不同时代条件下具体地区归属于不同文明板块,近代以来族裔、语言逐步取代掌权者之间的个人效忠关系成为归属问题的决定性因素,从而使文明断层线稳定延续。这个进程在俄罗斯造成本土立场的崛起,成为帝国地理空间中心—边疆二元结构解体的主要原因。而解体造成文明断层线的动荡,在俄地理空间结构中具有中心—边疆双重身份的乌克兰因此而撕裂加剧。俄罗斯地理空间演化历史体现出身份认同与主观地理空间方案同步演化,后者进而影响客观地理空间的规律。俄国从18世纪的绝对君主专制转向19世纪君主专制与平民政治相融合,导致俄罗斯人身份认同在19世纪突出俄罗斯族群的本土立场。这在地理空间意义上引发俄罗斯族群对帝国内异质空间和帝国外同质空间的追求,它们分别体现为“俄罗斯化”政策和“斯拉夫主义”政策。二者一方面为20世纪初的政权覆灭和帝国解体提供了解释,另一方面也共同为俄罗斯在20世纪末的再一次解体以及在21世纪初针对乌克兰的地缘政治追求提供了解释空间。This article explains the origin of the East-West civilization fault line,as well as the turbulence and tearing caused by its penetration in Ukraine,by combing the history of Russia's geospatial evolution.Although specific regions belong to different civilizations in different times,ethnic groups and languages have gradually replaced the personal loyalty relationship between those in power as the decisive factor in modern times,thus making the civilization fault line continue steadily.This process led to the rise of the native standpoint in Russia,which became the main reason for the disintegration of the center-frontier dual structure of the empire's geospatial.The disintegration caused the turbulence of the fault line of civilization,which further tore Ukraine,which has the dual identity of center-frontier in Russia's geospatial structure.
