摘　　要：近年来,在“双一流”“新工科”建设的大背景下,高校实验室队伍的改革是高校教师队伍建设的必然趋势。本文从地方性高校实验室队伍建设的重要性和目前存在的问题进行剖析,并提出相应的对策,以提升高校实验室水平,为高校培养出更多创新型、应用型人才,以及在学科建设中发挥重要作用。In recent years,under the background of"Double First-Class"and"New Engineering"construction,the reform of laboratory team is an inevitable trend in the construction of teacher team in university.This paper analyzes the importance of local university laboratory team construction and the existing problems,and puts forward corre‐sponding countermeasures to improve the level of university laboratory,cultivate more innovative and applied tal‐ents for universities and play an important role in discipline construction.
