摘　　要：论文以财经高校特藏资源建设为例,通过网络调研和文本分析检视新环境下此类专科高校图书馆现状和问题,反思其特藏资源建设策略,提出专科高校图书馆要挖掘行业特色才能推进凸现专科教育内涵的特藏资源建设;要关注时代变革才能完善响应用户需求的资源管理制度;要跨界融合发展才能推进构建特色资源内容保障体系;要优化数字技术才能提升特色资源内容品质和特藏服务效能,提升新“双一流”建设中高校图书馆特色馆藏可持续发展能力。Taking the construction of special collection resources in finance and economics colleges as an example,this paper examines the current situation and problems of such college libraries in the new environment through network research and text analysis,reflects on the development strategy of their special collection resources construction,and proposes that college libraries should tap the industry characteristics to promote the construction of special collection resources that highlight the connotation of college education;only by paying attention to the changes of the times can we establish and improve the resource management system that responds to the needs of users;only cross-border integration and development can promote and build the content guarantee system of characteristic resources;only by optimizing digital technology can we continuously improve the content quality of characteristic resources and the service efficiency of special collections,and enhance the sustainable development ability of characteristic collections of university libraries in the new“double first-class”construction.
