摘  要:在竞技健美操项目中,不可避免会出现一些意外情况,由此会导致竞技健美操运动员出现一些损伤。为了更加深入地掌握损伤情况,必须要对最容易发生损伤的动作有更加深入的了解,比如存在偏差的腾空跳起着力点。同时,考虑到运动员在很长时间内都需要进行爆发性的跳或者做出跳跃类型的动作,因此易产生足踝关节损伤。足踝关节损伤是健美操运动损伤较多的部位之一,并位居损伤之首,而提高运动员的落地缓冲能力可以有效预防足踝关节损伤。该研究主要采用实验法,通过对竞技健美操运动员实施高精度经颅直流电刺激干预手段,并及时对运动员和干预方案予以监控,保证实验顺利进行的基础上,探讨高精度经颅直流电刺激对运动员足踝关节稳定性的影响。In competitive aerobics,there will inevitably be some accidents,which will lead to some injuries of competitive aerobics athletes.In order to get a better understanding of the damage situation,it is necessary to have a deeper understanding of the movements that are most prone to causing injuries,such as the deviated take-off point of effort.At the same time,considering that athletes need to perform explosive jumps or jump-type movements for a long time,it is easy for them to cause ankle injuries.Ankle injury is one of the parts with more injuries for aerobics,and ranks first among injuries,and improving athletes'landing buffer capacity can effectively prevent ankle injuries.This research mainly adopts the experimental method,through the implementation of high-precision transcranial direct current stimulation intervention for competitive aerobics athletes and the timely monitoring of athletes and intervention programs,on the basis of ensuring the smooth progress of the experiment,to discuss the influence of high-precision transcranial direct current stimulation on the stability of athletes'ankles.
