摘  要:冻干制剂是药品生产过程中设备运转周期较长的药物剂型。为了降低患者用药成本,国家出台“全国药品集中采购”政策,导致药品企业面临着药品销售价格不断下降的局面。利润下行对于药品生产企业而言压力较大,因此,开源节流,在保证药品质量的前提下节约能耗,降低生产成本尤为重要。文章阐述了药用真空冷冻干燥机在PID模糊控制的基础上,在电气控制系统中用时间继电器替换中间继电器,从而改变制冷、加热时机,使升华干燥阶段恒温控制更加精准,可有效降低药用真空冷冻干燥机的能耗,同时提高冻干产品的品质,并且电气控制结构简单。Lyophilized preparation is a kind of drug dosage form with long equipment operation cycle in the process of drug production.In order to reduce the cost of drug use for patients,the State has issued the policy of"centralized procurement of drugs nationwide",which has led to a situation in which drug companies are facing a continuous decline in drug sales prices.The downward pressure of profits is great for pharmaceutical manufacturers.Therefore,it is particularly important to open up sources and reduce costs,save energy consumption and reduce production costs on the premise of ensuring drug quality.Based on PID fuzzy control,this paper describes that the pharmaceutical vacuum freeze dryer replaces the intermediate relay with the time relay in the electrical control system,thus changing the refrigeration and heating time,making the constant temperature control in the sublimation drying stage more accurate,effectively reducing the energy consumption of the pharmaceutical vacuum freeze dryer,improving the quality of the freeze-dried products,and the electrical control structure is simple.
