摘　　要：Pro/E是目前世界上最为普及的CAD/CAM软件之一,利用该软件可以大幅提高机械设计和加工的质量与效率。本文以凸轮机构为例,讲述了运用Pro/E进行三维建模及模具设计的过程。根据凸轮机构的设计原理,使用Pro/E软件实现凸轮设计及三维建模,并利用Pro/E的运动学分析模块Mechanism对凸轮机构进行了运动学仿真和分析,缩短了凸轮支架的设计周期,并提高了设计质量,有助于凸轮机构的优化设计。Pro/E is one of the most popular CAD/CAM software in the world.Using this software can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of mechanical design and processing.This paper takes the cam mechanism as an example to describe the use of Pro/E for 3D modeling.The process of mold and mold design.According to the design principle of cam mechanism,use Pro/E software to realize cam design and three-dimensional modeling,and use Pro/E's kinematic analysis module Mechanism to carry out kinematics simulation and analysis of cam mechanism,which shortens the design cycle of cam support and The design quality is improved,which is helpful for the optimal design of the cam mechanism.
