摘　　要：为解决远程塔台视频数据单一、离散,无法获取飞行器实时航班信息的问题,提出一种民航ASTERIX数据与机场视频监控信息融合方法。首先在相机视场内采集全球定位坐标及对应图像,利用图像单应模型,得到GPS(global positioning system)坐标系与图像坐标系的关系矩阵;结合单应矩阵和民航数据提取的飞行器GPS坐标,计算出飞行器ASTERIX数据对应的像素坐标;同时通过视频检测跟踪方法,完成飞行器在视频中的定位;最后对飞行器在视频中运动轨迹和ASTERIX数据轨迹进行匹配,实现视频中飞行器显示对应航班信息。在典型机场开展实验,验证了本文方法不仅能精确检测飞行器位置,而且在视频中准确显示对应航班信息。To solve the problem that video data is single and discrete at remote tower,and it is difficult to obtain the real-time aircraft flight information,a fusion method of civil aviation ASTERIX data with airport video surveillance was proposed.Firstly,the global positioning coordinates and its corresponding images were collected in the camera s field of view.Then the relationship matrix between the GPS(global positioning system)coordinate system and image coordinate system was obtained by image homography model.Moreover,the pixel coordinates of the aircraft ASTERIX data was calculated by the combining the homography matrix and the aircraft GPS coordinates extracted from the civil aviation data.The aircraft positioning in video was obtained by detection and tracking algorithm.Finally,the relevant information was displayed in video by matching the aircraft trajectory and the ASTERIX data trajectory.Experiments in typical airport show the proposed method can not only accurately detect the aircraft position,but also accurately display the corresponding flight information in video.
