技术权力视角下师生权力关系审视

摘　　要：师生权力关系是师生关系的核心,随着信息技术的发展,师生之间的权力关系也发生了极大的改变。技术权力源于技术的发展,是技术所有者或操控者所拥有的支配或控制他人的力量。技术通过对知识的内涵、生产及传播的改变使师生权力关系中的技术权力因素日益凸显。在技术权力视角下,教师和学生权力在地位、形态和功能上发生了改变,分别具有教师权力的去中心化与再中心化并存、师生权力的软化与隐蔽化、师生权力更具生产性的特点。另外,师生权力关系呈现出师生之间相对平等、强制性与非强制性并存、稳定性与动态性同在的新特点,急需我们对师生权力关系中的技术权力进行道德与法律规制,明确新的师生良性权力关系的本质与目标。The progress in information technology has brought enormous changes to the teacher-student power relationship which is the core of the relationship.Technological power derived from technology development is the power possessed by the owner or manipulator of technology to dominate or control others.Technology, through offering alterations in the connotation, production and dissemination of knowledge, makes the technological power factor in the teacher-student power relationship increasingly prominent.From the perspective of technological power, the power of teachers and students has changed in status, form and function, which respectively has the characteristics of the coexistence of decentering and recentering teachers’ power, softening and concealing of the teacher-student power, and the more productive power of the teacher-student power.In addition, the power relationship between teachers and students shows the new characteristics of relative equality between them, coexistence of the mandatory and non-mandatory principle and coexistence of stability and dynamism.So, it is urgent for us to regulate technological power in teacher-student power relationship morally and legally, and clarify the essence and goal of the new benign teacher-student power relationship.
