摘 要:根据油莎豆收获机输送过程中普遍存在回带、土壤堵塞等问题,结合油莎豆团聚体特性,设计了一种油莎豆中间输送装置,并对油莎豆输送装置的输送速度、安装位置以及安装倾角进行了分析与设计,实现了油莎豆团聚体的过渡输送。重点对油莎豆输送装置刮板的结构参数以及安装间距进行了分析与试验,为得到输送刮板的最佳参数组合,以刮板高度、刮板宽度及刮板间距为试验因素,以输送过程中的油莎豆块茎的漏果率和损伤率为试验指标,通过三因素三水平试验分析,最终得到输送刮板最佳结构参数组合,即刮板高度45mm、刮板宽度41mm、刮板间距7mm,此时输送装置的漏果率为0.69%,损伤率为1.6%,满足油莎豆收获的要求。In this paper,based on the common problems of belt recirculation and soil clogging during the transportation of the Cyperus edulis harvester,combined with the characteristics of the agglomerates of Cyperus edulis,a multi-channel transportation device of Cyperus edulis was designed,and at the same time,it was The conveying speed,installation position and installation inclination angle are analyzed and designed to realize the transitional conveyance of the agglomerates of Cyperus esculentus.Focus on the analysis and testing of the structure parameters and installation spacing of the scraper of the S.edulis conveying device.In order to obtain the best parameter combination of the conveying scraper,the height of the scraper,the width of the scraper and the spacing of the scraper are used as the test factors.During the process,the fruit leakage rate and damage rate of the tubers of Cyperus esculentus were test indicators.Through the three-factor and three-level test analysis,the optimal structure parameter combination of the conveyor scraper was finally obtained:scraper height 45mm,scraper width 41mm,and scraper spacing 7mm,the fruit leakage rate of the conveying device at this time is 0.69%,and the damage rate is 1.6%,which meets the requirements for harvesting Cyperus edulis.
