摘  要:通过对水稻秧苗移栽过程进行分析,设计了一种利用各向异性磁阻(AMR)进行旋转闭环控制的曲柄摇杆夹持式水稻秧苗移栽机。对秧苗移栽机中的取样机构、横向移动机构以及纵向送秧机构进行设计,确定各机构中关键结构参数,利用数值仿真的方式对取秧苗机构的运动特性进行仿真,并在不同的取秧苗频率条件下对秧苗移栽机的作业可靠性进行试验验证。结果表明:当取秧苗频率为50次/min时,秧苗移栽机的工作可靠性最高,伤秧率为2.14%,漏栽率为3.57%,满足自动化秧苗移栽的使用要求。Based on the analysis of rice seedling transplanting process,this paper designs a crank rocker clamping rice seedling transplanter using anisotropic magnetoresistance(AMR)for rotary closed-loop control.Through the design of the sampling mechanism,the transverse moving mechanism and the longitudinal seedling conveying mechanism of the seedling transplanter,the key structural parameters of each mechanism are established,and the motion characteristics of the seedling taking mechanism are simulated by numerical simulation,and the operation reliability of the seedling transplanter is verified by experiments under different seedling taking frequencies.The results showed that the transplanter had the highest reliability when the frequency of transplanting seedlings was set.The rate of damaged seedlings was 2.14%,and the rate of missing seedlings was 3.57%,which met the requirements of automatic transplanting.
