摘 要:为推动实训室项目的顺利实施,为岗课赛证综合育人改革提供设施保障,本文针对安徽粮食工程职业学院实训室项目建设和管理全过程开展研究。首先,运用扎根理论方法,识别出包括10个风险来源要素的实训室项目风险系统;然后采用DEMATEL方法研究风险来源要素之间的相互影响关系,对各风险要素的重要程度与影响力进行分析评价,识别关键风险要素“建设与管理制度不健全”;最后,基于对关键风险要素的全面分析,从建立健全学院管理制度和加强学院项目监督机制两个方面着手,提出实训室项目风险管理的建议。In order to promote the smooth implementation of the training room project and provide the facility guarantee for the comprehensive education reform of post-course competition certificate,this paper conducts research on the whole process of construction and management of the training room project of Anhui Vocational College of Grain Engineering.Firstly,the training room project risks system including 10 risk source elements are identified by using the grounded theory method;Then,using DEMATEL method to study the interaction between risk source elements,analyze and evaluate the importance and influence of eachrisk element,and identify the key risk element"imperfectconstruction and management system";Finally,based on the comprehensive analysis of the key risk elements,from the establishment and improvement of the college management system and the strengthening of the college project supervision mechanism,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the project risk management of the training room.
