β-环糊精改性聚苯乙烯树脂吸附三硬脂酸甘油酯的研究

摘　　要：采用β-环糊精改性聚苯乙烯树脂(PS-β-CD)吸附纸机白水中树脂抽出物的模型物三硬脂酸甘油酯,优化了吸附工艺,研究了三硬脂酸甘油酯在PS-β-CD上的等温吸附、吸附热力学和吸附动力学。结果表明,PS-β-CD对三硬脂酸甘油酯的优化吸附工艺为PS-β-CD用量2 g/L、吸附温度35℃(308 K)、吸附时间5 h、摇床转速240 r/min;Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附模型均适用于描述PS-β-CD对三硬脂酸甘油酯的吸附,且该吸附过程为吸热的物理吸附;其吸附机理以颗粒内扩散为主。Cyclodextrin modified polystyrene resin(PS-β-CD)was used to adsorb glyceryl tristearate which was considered as the model of resin extractives in the paper machine white water.The adsorption condition was optimized;the isotherms,thermodynamics,and kinetics of the adsorption of glyceryl tristearate on PS-β-CD were investigated.The results showed that the optimized adsorption condition was PS-β-CD dosage of 2 g/L,temperature 35℃(308 K),time 5 h,and shaker speed 240 r/min.Both the Langmuir and Freundlich isothermal adsorption models are suitable for describing the adsorption process of glyceryl tristearate on PS-β-CD,which is a physical adsorption of endothermic process.In addition,the main adsorption mechanism is the intra-particle diffusion model.
