拔牙位点保存技术对前牙口腔种植患者牙槽骨骨量及牙槽美学效果的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究拔牙位点保存技术应用于前牙口腔种植中的效果。方法 78例前牙口腔种植患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组应用常规拔牙与口腔种植,观察组应用拔牙位点保存技术。比较两组患者治疗前后牙槽骨宽度、牙槽骨高度、牙槽骨骨密度及牙槽美学效果评分。结果 治疗后,观察组患者的牙槽骨宽度、牙槽骨高度、牙槽骨骨密度分别为(15.63±1.73)mm、(6.49±0.82)mm、(1.74±0.96)g/cm^(2),均高于对照组的(13.67±1.53)mm、(5.94±0.70)mm、(1.44±0.35)g/cm^(2),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的牙槽美学效果评分为(96.84±1.73)分,高于对照组的(82.38±1.59)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 前牙口腔种植治疗中应用拔牙位点保存技术能够有效保持患者牙槽骨宽度、牙槽骨高度、牙槽骨骨密度,并提升其牙槽美学效果,能够获得更为理想的效果,促进疾病康复,临床可推广应用。Objective To study the effect of extraction site preservation technique on alveolar bone mass and alveolar aesthetic effect in patients with anterior dental implants.Methods A total of 78 patients with anterior dental implants were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table,with 39 cases in each group.The control group applied conventional extraction with oral implant,and the observation group applied extraction site preservation technique.The alveolar bone width,alveolar bone height,alveolar bone density and alveolar aesthetic effect score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,alveolar bone width,alveolar bone height and alveolar bone density in the observation group were(15.63±1.73)mm,(6.49±0.82)mm and(1.74±0.96)g/cm^(2),which were higher than(13.67±1.53)mm,(5.94±0.70)mm and(1.44±0.35)g/cm^(2) in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the alveolar aesthetic effect score of observation group was(96.84±1.73)points,which was higher than(82.38±1.59)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of extraction site preservation technique in anterior dental implant can effectively maintain the alveolar bone width,alveolar bone height and alveolar bone density of patients,and enhance their alveolar aesthetic effect,which can obtain more ideal results and promote disease recovery,and can be clinically promoted.
