康复新液与冷沉淀制剂治疗顽固性口腔溃疡的效果比较

摘　　要：目的 探讨对顽固性口腔溃疡患者分别采用康复新液以及冷沉淀制剂治疗后的效果。方法 80例顽固性口腔溃疡患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与参照组,各40例。参照组采用冷沉淀制剂治疗,研究组采用康复新液治疗。比较两组疗效、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血小板计数(PLT)、白细胞计数(WBC)。结果 研究组治疗总有效率97.50%高于参照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组IL-8、TNF-α、CRP、PLT、WBC分别为(61.29±10.26)ng/L、(28.47±5.15)μg/L、(11.27±7.29)mg/L、(223.85±55.86)×10^(9)/L、(4.85±1.69)×10^(9)/L,低于参照组的(82.42±10.41)ng/L、(39.59±5.69)μg/L、(23.86±8.13)mg/L、(249.86±55.17)×10^(9)/L、(6.95±2.05)×10^(9)/L,IL-2(2.99±0.19)μg/L高于参照组的(2.27±0.18)μg/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相较于冷沉淀制剂,康复新液于顽固性口腔溃疡治疗中效果更好,可有效改善相关临床指标,患者的预后良好。Objective To discuss the effect of Kangfuxin liquid and cryoprecipitate preparations in the treatment of refractory oral ulcer.Methods A total of 80 patients with refractory oral ulcer were divided into a research group and a reference group according to the random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with cryoprecipitate preparations,and the research group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid.Both groups were compared in terms of efficacy,interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-2(IL-2),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),platelet count(PLT),and white blood cell count(WBC).Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 97.50%,which was higher than 77.50%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The IL-8,TNF-α,CRP,PLT and WBC in the research group were(61.29±10.26)ng/L,(28.47±5.15)μg/L,(11.27±7.29)mg/L,(223.85±55.86)×10^(9)/L and(4.85±1.69)×10^(9)/L,which were lower than(82.42±10.41)ng/L,(39.59±5.69)μg/L,(23.86±8.13)mg/L,(249.86±55.17)×10^(9)/L and(6.95±2.05)×10^(9)/L in the reference group;the IL-2(2.99±0.19)μg/L in the research group was higher than(2.27±0.18)μg/L in the reference group;all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with cryoprecipitate preparations,Kangfuxin liquid is more effective in the treatment of refractory oral ulcers,which can effectively improve the relevant clinical indicators,and the prognosis of patients is good.
