探究小儿智力糖浆治疗儿童短暂性抽动障碍的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨小儿智力糖浆治疗儿童短暂性抽动障碍的临床疗效。方法 100例短暂性抽动障碍患儿,以等量电脑随机法分成A组及B组,每组50例。A组患儿予以托吡酯片治疗,B组患儿在A组基础上添加小儿智力糖浆治疗。对比两组临床疗效、药物不良反应发生率及治疗前后耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分。结果 治疗前,两组患儿YGTSS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4、8周后,B组患儿YGTSS评分分别为(32.38±7.71)、(18.71±5.68)分,均低于A组的(35.84±8.57)、(23.34±6.79)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组临床总有效率96.00%高于A组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿药物不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 小儿智力糖浆治疗儿童短暂性抽动障碍的疗效显著,同时可提升治疗安全性,具有应用推广价值。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Xiaoer Zhili syrup on transient tic disorder in children.Methods A total of 100 children with transient tic disorder were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 50 cases in each group.Group A was treated with topiramate tablets,group B was treated with Xiaoer Zhili syrup on the basis of group A.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse drug reactions and Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)scores before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in YGTSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,YGTSS scores of group B were(32.38±7.71)and(18.71±5.68)points,which were lower than(35.84±8.57)and(23.34±6.79)points of group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of group B was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoer Zhili syrup has a significant therapeutic effect on transient tic disorder in children,and can also improve the safety of treatment,so it has application and promotion value.
