摘　　要：抗战时期的中国美术学院是徐悲鸿在重庆筹建的一所新型美术研究机构。本文从该机构研究员的构成结构入手,通过对其学缘结构、创作结构、活动结构三方面分析,探究了中国美术学缘在人员聘用方面的学术考量,分析该机构的研究员在学脉和美术观上与徐悲鸿的内在联系,从而考察了建立该机构的初衷和学术选择。During the War of Resistance Against Japan,the China Academy of Art was a new art research institution founded by Xu Beihong in Chongqing.Starting from the structure of the institute’s researchers,this paper explores the academic considerations of the China Academy of Art in the recruitment of staff through the analysis of their source,creation and activity structures,analyzes the internal relationship between the institute’s researchers and Xu Beihong in terms of their learning background and art view,and thus examines the original intention and academic choice of the establishment of the institute.
