摘　　要：针对不经预处理脱硫的铁水生产SPA-H钢的脱硫技术开展研究,对脱硫热力学及动力学进行理论分析,采取了控制系统洁净度、减少原料带入、优化造渣制度和供氧制度等措施。实践表明,硫含量合格率达到100%且稳定控制在0.020%以下,脱硫处理率降低3.5%,降低了铁水预处理工序的加工成本。The technology in terms of carrying out the desulfurization treatment for SPA-H molten steel by charging hot metal without pretreatment desulphurization was studied.Based on the theoretical analysis over desulfurization thermodynamics and desulfurization dynamics,such measures as controlling the cleanliness of the desulfurization system,reducing the amount of unexpected raw materials charged into converter,optimizing the slag making system and oxygen supplying system were taken.The practice results showed that the pass rate of sulfur content was 100%and sulfur content was stably controlled below 0.020%,the treatment effeciency by desulfurization was reduced by 3.5%.And therefore the cost for hot metal pretreatment was reduced.
