基于“脾为之卫”浅谈大肠癌前病变的中医病机

摘　　要：结直肠癌是常见癌症之一,西医对大肠癌防治的手段有限。通过探讨“脾为之卫”的理论内涵,以此为切入点讨论大肠癌前病变的中医病机。大肠癌前病变的中医病机为本虚标实,虚实夹杂。以脾虚为本,痰湿、瘀血、气滞、癌毒为标。充分认识大肠癌前病变的中医病机,可为防治结直肠癌提供思路。Colorectal cancer is one of the common types of cancer,western medicine limited means of colorectal cancer prevention.To explore the theory connotation of“Spleen as the Defense”,as a breakthrough point to discuss traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of precancerous lesions of colorectal cancer.The traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of precancerous lesions of colorectal cancer is mainly deficiency and excess,based on the weakness of spleen,phlegm dampness,qi stagnation,blood stasis,cancer and toxin.Fully aware of the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of precancerous lesions of colorectal cancer,for the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer.
