四君子汤加味辅助化疗治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨四君子汤加味辅助化疗对晚期消化道肿瘤患者的影响。方法:选取2020年3月~2022年2月某院肿瘤内科收治的80例晚期消化道肿瘤患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。两组均予以补液、纠正水电解质紊乱、保肝、护胃、止吐、利尿等常规对症治疗。对照组在常规对症治疗基础上联合化疗治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用四君子汤加味。两组均治疗2个疗程。比较两组的免疫功能指标(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、血清肿瘤标志物[糖类抗原199(CA199)]、生命质量[生命质量核心问卷(QLQ-C30)评分]、临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CA199水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组QLQ-C30各项评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(47.50%)高于对照组(25.00%,P<0.05),且不良反应发生率(27.50%)低于对照组(50.00%,P<0.05)。结论:四君子汤加味辅助化疗在晚期消化道肿瘤患者中的应用效果较好,可增强患者免疫功能,改善血清肿瘤标志物水平,提高生命质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of modified Sijunzi decoction in adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer.Methods:80 patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer admitted to the oncology department of a hospital from March 2020 to February 2022 were selected for the study,and were divided into control group and observation group by the table of random number,with 40 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment such as rehydration,correction of water-electrolyte disorders,liver protection,gastric protection,antiemetic and diuretic.The control group was treated with chemotherapy on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with modified Sijunzi decoction on the basis of treatment of control group.Both groups were treated for 2 cycles.The immune function measures (CD4^(+) CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),serum tumor markers[carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)],quality of life[quality of life questionnaire core 30 (QLQ-C30) score],clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P0.05),while the level of CD8^(+) was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);the level of CA199 in observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);the QLQ-C30 scores in the observation group were superior to those in the control group (P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group (47.50%) was higher than that of the control group (25.00%,P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions(27.50%) was lower than that of the control group (50.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Sijunzi decoction in adjuvant chemotherapy is effective in patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer,which can enhance the immune function of patients,improve the levels of serum tumor markers,and improve the quality of life.
