摘　　要：目的:了解失眠患者服用镇静精神药品的依从性,分析影响用药依从性的因素,针对其影响因素提出药学服务建议。方法:以“失眠”为关键词,采用简单随机抽样法从医院合理用药监测系统(PASS)中抽取2021年3月1日~2022年3月1日期间于本院确诊失眠并开具镇静精神药品的365张处方,回访患者313例。根据事先设计的问卷调查表进行电话回访,统计患者的年龄、性别、文化程度等一般资料及用药依从性情况,分析影响患者用药依从性的因素。结果:单因素分析结果显示,文化层次、病程、是否接受过睡眠卫生教育、服药后是否出现不良反应、目前患有的基础疾病情况可影响患者用药依从性(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示,影响患者用药依从性的因素主要为是否接受过睡眠卫生教育、服药后是否出现不良反应(P=0.000)。结论:影响失眠患者服用镇静精神药品依从性的因素主要为是否接受过睡眠卫生教育、服药后是否出现不良反应,开展睡眠卫生教育和门诊药学服务是提高失眠患者用药依从性的重要途径。Objective:To understand the compliance to sedative psychotropic drugs in insomnia patients,analyze the factors affecting medication compliance,and propose suggestions of pharmaceutical care based on the influencing factors.Methods:Using"insomnia"as the keyword,365 prescriptions of sedative psychotropic drugs diagnosed with insomnia and prescribed in our hospital between March 1,2021 and March 1,2022 were selected from the hospital prescription automatic screening system(PASS)using simple random sampling method,and 313 patients were interviewed.Telephone follow-up was conducted according to a predesigned questionnaire to collect general information such as age,gender,education level and medication compliance of patients,and the factors affecting medication compliance were analyzed.Results:The oneway analysis showed that education level,duration of disease,sleep health education,adverse reactions after administration and the current underlying diseases could affect medication compliance of patients(P<0.05);the results of multi-way analysis showed that the factors affecting patients'medication compliance were mainly sleep health education and adverse reactions after administration(P=0.000).Conclusion:The factors affecting the compliance to sedative psychotropic drugs in insomnia patients are mainly sleep health education and adverse reactions after administration.Sleep health education and outpatient pharmaceutical care for insomnia patients are important ways to improve the compliance of insomnia patients.
