摘　　要：文化制造业绿色发展效率的提升促进文化产业和地区经济的绿色发展。文章构建了文化制造业绿色发展效率的评价指标体系,使用基于非期望产出的超效率SBM模型、MALMQUIST指数方法、区位熵法、TOBIT回归分析法,分别测算了2016—2020年我国26个省份和三大经济热点区域文化制造业的静态和动态绿色发展效率、产业集聚水平,以及文化制造业绿色发展效率的影响因素。结果表明:文化制造业绿色发展效率整体不高。泛珠三角地区文化制造业集聚水平相对较高,长三角地区次之,环渤海地区最弱。产业集聚水平、政府干预和技术水平对文化制造业绿色发展效率的影响存在区域异质性;地区经济发展水平、城镇化水平和工资待遇水平均促进文化制造业绿色发展效率提升。地方政府可通过转变产业集聚方式、挖掘地区文化潜力、培养专业人才、调整政府规制机制来提高文化制造业的绿色发展效率,助力产业升级转型,助推“碳达峰”目标的实现。The improvement of green development efficiency of cultural manufacturing industry promotes the green development of cultural industry and regional economy.This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the green development efficiency of cultural manufacturing industry.Using the super-efficiency SBM model based on undesired output,Malmquist index method,location entropy method and Tobit regression analysis method,The static and dynamic green development efficiency,industrial agglomeration level,and influencing factors of the green development efficiency of cultural manufacturing industry in 26 provinces and three major economic hotspots in China from 2016 to 2020 were calculated.The results show that the green development efficiency of cultural manufacturing industry is not high.The concentration level of cultural manufacturing industry is relatively high in the Pan-Pearl River Delta region,followed by the Yangtze River Delta region and the Bohai Rim region.There is regional heterogeneity in the impact of industrial agglomeration level,government intervention and technology level on the green development efficiency of cultural manufacturing industry.Regional economic development level,urbanization level and salary level all contribute to the improvement of green development efficiency of cultural manufacturing industry.Local governments can improve the green development efficiency of cultural manufacturing industry by changing the industrial agglomeration mode,tapping regional cultural potential,cultivating professional talents and adjusting the government regulation mechanism,so as to help industrial upgrading and transformation and promote the realization of the goal of"carbon peak".
