摘　　要：旨在探讨“空巢青年”人群对软体沙发的五感需求及基于此需求下软体沙发的设计原则,优化软体沙发设计使其更好地为“空巢青年”群体服务。文章将视角聚焦于“空巢青年”这一特定人群,引入五感的相关概念,通过用户画像归纳“空巢青年”的人群特征,用户旅程图梳理“空巢青年”人群使用沙发的行为特点,综合分析后得出用户痛点,再以五感体验的角度提炼出“空巢青年”对软体沙发的五感需求;通过对目标用户的调研结果和相关产品案例的分析,基于产品材质、造型、色彩、结构形式等要素,对满足“空巢青年”五感需求的软体沙发设计策略进行总结,并完成设计实践,为面向“空巢青年”的软体沙发设计提供新的借鉴。This paper focuses on the five senses needs of“empty nest youth”for soft-packaged sofas,as well as the design principles for soft-packaged sofas based on this demand.This paper aims to optimize the design of soft-packaged sofas to better serve the“empty nest youth”.In this paper,the author focuses on the specific group of“empty nest youth”,introduces the related concepts of five senses,summarizes the population characteristics of“empty nest youth”through user portraits,analyzes the behavior characteristics of“empty nest youth”using sofas through user journey maps,obtains the pain points of users after comprehensive analysis,and then summarizes the five-sense needs of“empty nest youth”for soft-packaged sofas from the perspective of five-sense experience.This paper summarizes the design strategy of a soft-packaged sofa that meets the five senses needs of“empty nest youth”in accordance with the factors of product material,modeling,color,and structural form and completes the design practice,which provides a new reference for the design of a soft-packaged sofa for“empty nest youth”based on the investigation results of target users and the analysis of related product cases.
