服务设计驱动的儿童医疗空间色彩设计研究

摘　　要：在健康中国的时代背景下,儿童医疗空间需要提升服务性精度。为提升儿童医院用户就医全流程的体验,以空间中的色彩要素作为主要关注点,梳理空间设计与服务设计在内涵与设计方法上的关联,探寻一套普适性的设计策略。基于空间设计思维与服务设计工具,运用用户研究以及色彩印象坐标等方法,提出了顶层用户流程与服务蓝图设计、中层触点提取与色彩情感转化、底层色彩空间系统设计的三层次设计策略。经过实践检验,此设计策略能有效指导儿童医疗空间色彩设计,使医疗服务体系与物质空间设计较好地融合,并为空间设计的服务性转型提供了参考价值。In the context of the Healthy China Policy,the children’s medical space needs to enhance service accuracy.In order to improve the experience of the whole process of medical treatment for users of the children’s hospital,the color elements in the space are taken as the main focus,and the relationship between the connotation and design method of space design and service design is sought to form a set of universal design strategies.Based on space design idea and service design tools and using user research,color impression coordinates,and other methods,a three-level design strategy is proposed,including top-level user process and service blueprint design,middle-level touch point extraction and color emotion transformation,and bottom-level color space system design.After a practical test,this design strategy can effectively guide the color design of children's medical spaces,make the medical service system and material space design better integrate,and provide reference value for the service transformation of space design.
