摘  要:为进一步确保输电线路安全可靠性,设计一种基于模糊数学法的架空输电线路鸟害故障防治效果评价模型。通过时空聚合分析方法采集鸟害发生时空大数据,根据所采集的鸟害发生时空大数据对鸟害发生频率及程度进行预测,基于预测结果,采用组合权重法确定防鸟装置多样化组合权重,构建架空输电线路鸟害故障防治效果评价模型。实验结果表明,所设计模型对于鸟害发生频率预测准确率较高,输电线路运行稳定,减少了输电线路跳闸次数,保证了架空输电线路通道的安全性能。In order to ensure the safety and reliability of transmission lines,a model of bird damage prevention effect of overhead transmission line is designed based on fuzzy mathematics.The spatial-temporal big data of bird damage occurrence are collected by the method of time-space aggregation analysis.According to the spatial-temporal big data of bird damage occurrence,the frequency and degree of bird damage are predicted.Based on the prediction results,the combination weight method is used to determine the multiple combination weights of bird defense devices,and the evaluation model of bird damage prevention and control effect of overhead transmission lines is constructed.The experiment results show that the model has high accuracy in predicting bird damage frequency,stable transmission line operation,reducing the number of trips of transmission lines and ensuring the safety performance of overhead transmission lines.
