摘 要:在创业情境下重构新创企业创业团队交互记忆系统结构维度,并从团队领导与内外部因素匹配的视角,分析促进与抑制创业团队交互记忆系统的组态效应。对232个创业团队的数据进行定性比较分析发现:交易型领导与创业导向、关系承诺和技术动荡性匹配更能促进交互记忆系统形成;变革型领导与创业导向、竞争强度和技术动荡性匹配更有利于交互记忆系统形成;团队领导的缺失会抑制创业团队交互记忆系统的形成,在特定的内外部情境下抑制效应尤为显著。根据结论认识到创业团队在拥有较高的创业导向和面临动荡的技术环境时,变革型领导和交易型领导都是驱动创业团队交互记忆系统构建的重要组织力量;同时,为识别和采用创业团队交互记忆系统的因果复杂性提供了一种整体视角,在一定程度上弥补了以往从团队领导匹配单一情境因素培育交互记忆系统的局限,增强了理论解释力。The transitional economy in China is characterized by three overlapping features of“marketization,globalization,and decentralization”,which have shaped an important institutional and market environment for entrepreneurial activities.This environment presents more complex and unpredictable external challenges to new ventures than those in other economies.Thus,new ventures need to enhance their technological and product innovation and solve external challenges through innovative solutions driven by knowledge sharing,knowledge integration,and a cooperative atmosphere within the entrepreneurial team.Transactive memory systems(TMS)reflect the mechanisms and ways in which team members utilize each other’s knowledge and are a focus of research in organizational behaviors and management psychology.However,research on TMS still has some limitations,and the few existing studies only explore the mechanisms of TMS formation around team communication,mutual task dependence,and previous experience.In fact,effective entrepreneurial team leadership can help new ventures better seize market opportunities,achieve dynamic adaptation to uncertain environments,and integrate resources for transformative innovation.Additionally,entrepreneurial orientation and relationship commitment are important characteristics that affect the effectiveness of entrepreneurial team strategic behaviors,while competition intensity and technological turbulence are important external environmental factors that affect knowledge management in entrepreneurial teams.Therefore,this study attempts to reconstruct the connotation and dimensions of the TMS of entrepreneurial teams in an entrepreneurial context and introduce two internal factors(entrepreneurial orientation and relationship commitment)as well as two external factors(competition intensity and technological turbulence).From the perspective of team leadership,this study uses a qualitative comparative analysis method to explore the synergistic effects of leadership style as well as internal and ext
