价值塑造与能力培养联动改革创新实践——以“旅游规划与开发”课程教学为例

摘　　要：“旅游规划与开发”课程作为人文地理与城乡规划专业的一门专业核心课,传统的课堂教学存在教学内容设置不够合理,与课程目标达成度不够高;理论联系实践不够紧密,缺乏真实的规划设计经验;学生主体地位未充分发挥,学习动力和产出效率不高;考核评价体系不够完善,学生潜能不易发挥等教学问题。鉴于此,课程采取重构学生中心的教学内容体系、实施五步互动探究式的教学模式、构建课题驱动的创新能力训练体系、完善“过程+结果”的课程考核评价体系等举措,进行了一系列的教学改革与创新。教学改革既符合新时代社会对旅游规划高素质复合型人才的培养要求,又显著提升了学生综合素养和教师教学研究能力,具有一定的普适性和推广性。“Tourism Planning and Development”,as a professional core course in human geography and urban and rural planning,it is found that in traditional classroom teaching,the setting of teaching content is not reasonable enough,and the degree of achievement of course objectives is not high enough;the theoretical connection and practice are not deep enough,and there is a lack of real planning and design experience;the main body of students is not fully exerted,and the learning motivation and output efficiency are not high;the evaluation system is not perfect,the student’s potential is not easy to develop and other teaching problems.In views of this,the course adopts the reconstruction of the student-centered teaching content system,the implementation of a five-step interactive and inquiry-based teaching model,and the construction of a subject-driven innovation ability training system.A series of teaching reforms and innovations have been carried out to improve the course assessment and evaluation system of“process results”.The teaching reform not only meets the requirements of the new era for the cultivation of high-quality interdisciplinary talents in tourism planning,but also significantly improves the comprehensive quality of students’and teachers’teaching and research capabilities,and has certain universality and promotion.
