摘　　要：基层党校是广大党员干部接受教育和培训的主阵地、主渠道,同时对地方党委和政府的科学决策发挥着重要的智库作用。文章主要探讨克拉玛依市下辖四个区党校的职能定位与建设现状,梳理当前面临的困境,并结合新时代党员干部教育培训的新形势新任务,对推进基层党校高质量发展的提出对策建议。Grassroots party schools are the main positions and channels for the education and training of party members and cadres,and they also play an important think tank role in the scientific decision-making of local party committees and governments.The article mainly discusses the function orientation and construction status of the party schools in the four districts under the jurisdiction of Karamay City,combs the current difficulties,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of grass roots party schools in combination with the new situation and new tasks of the education and training of party members and cadres in the new era.
