摘  要:课程是学校教学的基础,加强课程建设是有效落实教学计划、提高教学水平和人才培养质量的重要保障。心理健康教育课程是实施心理健康教育的主要途径,心理健康教育课程建设关系到中小学生的心理发展水平。现阶段,大部分中小学在开展心理健康教育时,在《纲要》的解读、目标的把握、心理健康教育的认知、实施的路径、教材的编排、评价的维度多方面存在困境。因此,综合规划各个环节,完善课程建设体系,以国家政策方针为导向、以心理健康教师为主导、中小学生为主体,为当前心理健康教育课程建设存在的现实困境提供对策尤为关键。Curriculum is the basis of school teaching,and strengthening curriculum construction is an important guarantee for the effective implementation of teaching plans and the improvement of teaching standards and talent training quality.Mental health education curriculum is the main way to implement mental health education,and the construction of mental health education curriculum is related to the level of psychological development of primary and secondary school students.At this stage,most primary and secondary schools have difficulties in interpreting the Outline,grasping the objectives,recognising mental health education,implementing the pathway,arranging the teaching materials and evaluating the dimensions of mental health education.Therefore,it is particularly crucial to plan all aspects comprehensively,improve the curriculum construction system,and provide countermeasures for the current real-life dilemmas in mental health education curriculum construction,with national policy guidelines as the guide,mental health teachers as the lead,and primary and secondary school students as the main body.
