优化污水提标装置臭氧投加量的研究

摘  要:针对污水提标装置中采用的臭氧—生物活性炭工艺中臭氧投加量过大的问题开展试验研究。试验获得了臭氧投加量-臭氧利用率的关系曲线,以及臭氧投加量-COD去除率的关系曲线。根据试验结果,确定臭氧投加量在40 mg/L的情况下,COD去除率可达到最高,生物活性炭单元运行效果得到改善,现场异味严重问题得到有效解决。该臭氧投加量可有效降低臭氧发生器的电耗和氧气消耗,每年可节约费用约37.8万元。An experimental study was carried out to solve the problem of excessive ozone dosage in the ozone biological activated carbon process used in the sewage upgrading plant.The relationship curves of ozone dosage-ozone utilization rate and ozone do-sage-COD removal rate were obtained.According to the experimental results,it is determined that when the ozone dosage is 40 mg/L,the COD removal rate can reach the highest;the operation effect of biological activated carbon unit can be improved,and the on-site odor can be effectively solved.The ozone dosage can effectively reduce the power consumption and oxygen consumption of the ozone generator,which can save about 378,000 yuan per year.
