摘　　要：目的:调查安徽省某医学院校在校硕士研究生心理压力感、应对方式的现状及其相关性,为制定合理的心理健康教育提供依据。方法:本研究为横断面调查,采用一般资料调查表、研究生心理压力问卷量表、应付方式问卷量表,对安徽中医药大学144名在校全日制硕士研究生进行一般资料、心理压力感及应对方式的网络问卷现况调查。采用多元线性回归分析研究生心理压力感的影响因素,Pearson相关性分析心理压力感与应对方式的相关性。结果:硕士研究生总体心理压力感条目均分为(2.65±0.89)分。硕士研究生的应付方式依次为解决问题、求助、幻想、合理化、退避、自责。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年级、职业定向与规划、科研意识、应对方式是影响研究生心理压力感的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。心理压力感与应对方式中自责、幻想、退避、合理化呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:安徽省某医学院校在校硕士研究生总体心理压力感主要是论文要求压力、担忧未来压力、学习任务压力。对于压力的缓解可以从科研、学业、就业方面着手,构建研究生心理危机预警及干预方案,促进硕士研究生身心健康的全面发展。Objective:To investigate the current situation and correlation of psychological stress and coping style of postgraduates in a medical university in Anhui Province,and to provide basis for formulating reasonable mental health education.Methods:This study was a cross-sectional survey.A total of 144 postgraduates in a university of Anhui Province were surveyed by network questionnaire using the general data questionnaire,postgraduate psychological stress questionnaire,and coping style questionnaire.Multiple linear regression analysis was performed to analyze the influencing factors of postgraduates'psychological stress.Pearson correlation analysis was performed to analyze the correlation between psychological stress and coping style.Results:The total score of psychological stress of postgraduates was(2.65±0.89).The coping styles of postgraduates were solving problem,asking for help,fantasy,rationalization,retreat and self-accusation.Results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that grade,career orientation and planning,research awareness and coping styles were influencing factors of psychological stress(P<0.05).Psychological stress was positively correlated with self-accusation,fantasy,retreat and rationalization(P<0.01).Conclusions:The overall psychological pressure of postgraduates in a university of Anhui Province is mainly the pressure of thesis requirements,worry about the future and study task.We can relieve the pressure of postgraduates from the aspects of scientific research,study and employment,construct the psychological crisis early warning and intervention program,and promote the comprehensive development of the physical and mental health of postgraduates.
