摘 要:肿瘤的患病率及病死率居高不下,一直是医学上的难题,治疗方法和手段众多。光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)是一种联合光敏剂、光和氧分子,通过特定波长的激光选择性破坏肿瘤的新兴治疗手段,可应用于实体肿瘤、皮肤肿瘤及癌前病变等多个临床领域。因其具有极佳的发展潜力和良好的治疗效果而逐渐受到临床关注,现已成为肿瘤治疗方面的新选择,也可与传统的手术、放化疗等联合应用,治疗效果显著。本文对PDT杀伤肿瘤细胞的分子机制进行综述,以期为临床肿瘤治疗提供新思路。The prevalence and mortality of tumors remain high,which has been a medical problem.There are many methods for the treatment of tumors.Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is an emerging treatment using photosensitizers,light and oxygen molecules to selectively destroy tumors through laser light of specific wavelengths.It can be applied to solid tumors,skin tumors and precancerous lesions.Because of its excellent development potential and good treatment effect,it has gradually attracted clinical attention.PDT has become a new choice for tumor treatment,and can also be combined with traditional surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,with remarkable therapeutic effects.This article reviews the molecular mechanism of photodynamic therapy for tumor treatment,in order to provide reference for clinical tumor treatment.
