摘 要:目的:探索基于临床技能竞赛的特训式小班教学模式在临床医学教学中的应用。方法:对沈阳医学院附属中心医院开设的2015-2017届特训式小班在教学理念设计、培训模式、教学资源、教学改革的意义与启示等几方面进行总结。结果:经过强化技能培训和参赛的锤炼,特训式小班学生在技能操作的广度和深度上、对执业医师考试和考研的帮助上、对临床能力的领悟和运用上均得到提升,学生和教师的满意度较高。结论:以参加临床技能竞赛为目的的特训式小班教学是一种以培养医学生的临床能力和职业素养、强化技能、促进医学生全面发展为目标的教学模式,在教学大纲所规定本科学业的基础上,强化了医学技能操作,提高了本科生的实践能力和团队协作能力。Objective:To explore the application of skills based-small class teaching mode in clinical medicine teaching.Method:The teaching concept and design,training mode,teaching resources,significance and enlightenment of teaching reform of skills based-small class in 2015-2017 enrolled in our hospital were summarized.Results:After intensive skills training and competition,the students of skills based-small class were improved in the scope and depth of skill operation,the help of the medical examination and postgraduate examination,and the understanding and application of clinical ability.The satisfaction rate of students and teachers was high.Conclusions:The teaching of skills based-small class is a teaching mode aimed at cultivating the clinical ability and professional quality,strengthening skills and promoting all-round development of medical students.On the basis of undergraduate studies specified in the syllabus,it strengthens medical skill operation,improves the practical ability and team cooperation ability of undergraduates.
