摘 要:目的:基于医院手术室设备关键零部件技术保障模型,为手术室设备预防性维护(PM)提供理论依据。方法:基于支持向量机算法构建医院手术室设备关键零部件技术保障模型,进行手术室设备关键零部件寿命预测,根据其关键零部件性能退化情况开展设备技术保障管理。选取医院中心手术室在用的98台医疗设备及其217个关键零部件,按照设备管理方法不同将采用PM管理模式的手术室设备临床使用资料纳入对照组,采用关键零部件技术保障模式的手术室设备临床使用资料纳入观察组。对比两组10台设备管理过程中的评测值与预测值的相关性和临床运行质量。结果:观察组10台设备关键零部件性能退化较为平缓,与寿命预期呈高度相关(r>0.8),对照组10台设备关键零部件性能退化波动较大,与寿命预期呈中度相关,r值为0.5~0.8;观察组设备开机率、质量检测合格率和维护操作规范率分别为(98.08±1.05)%、(92.71±4.75)%和(89.82±4.13)%,均高于对照组,故障频次为(1.09±0.39)次/年,低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=5.442,t=2.834,t=5.378,t=3.861;P<0.05)。结论:医疗设备关键零部件技术保障模式的运用可准确预测医院手术室设备关键零部件的剩余寿命,控制关键零部件退化期的波动性,提升手术室设备临床运行质量。Objective:To construct the technical support model of key components of hospital operating room equipment,and to provide a theoretical basis for the preventive maintenance(PM)of operating room equipment.Methods:The technical support model of key components of hospital operating room equipment was constructed based on support vector machine algorithm,the life prediction of key components of operating room equipment was carried out,and the technical support management of equipment was carried out according to the performance degradation of key components.98 sets of medical equipment and 217 key components used in the central operating room of hospital were selected.According to different equipment management methods,the data on clinical use of operating room equipment adopting PM management mode was included in the control group,and the data on clinical use of operating room equipment adopting the technical support mode of key components was included in the observation group.The correlation between the evaluated value and the predicted value in the process of equipment management,and the quality of clinical operation were compared between the two groups.Results:The performance degradation of key components of the equipment in the observation group was relatively gentle,which was highly correlated with life expectancy(r>0.8),the performance degradation of key components of the equipment in the control group fluctuated greatly,which was moderately correlated with life expectancy(0.5<r<0.8).The equipment start-up rate,quality inspection qualification rate and maintenance operation standard rate of the observation group were(98.08±1.05)%,(92.71±4.75)%and(89.82±4.13)%,respectively,all of which were higher than those of the control group,and the failure frequency was(1.09±0.39)times/year,which was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.442,t=2.834,t=5.378,t=3.861;P<0.05).Conclusion:The technical support model of key components can accurately predict the remaining service
