摘 要:为提高中低速磁浮轨检仪对轨缝、错台及轨向等轨道几何参数的检测精度,保证其运行稳定性,利用多体系统动力学理论,分别建立了3种设计方案的轨检仪动力学模型,通过比较过轨缝时检测传感器处的振动加速度大小,提出新一代轨检仪的设计方案。根据定义的检测精度和动力学评价指标,基于多参数动态协同优化分析,获得了新一代轨检仪的关键参数最优值,并在中国铁建重工中低速磁浮试验线上进行测试试验验证。研究结果表明:采用四组双走行轮/双导向轮的新一代轨检仪,能够明显降低过轨缝时各检测传感器处的振动;关键参数最优值分别为走行轮组纵向间距Wx=600 mm,导向轮组纵向间距Gx=500 mm,导向弹簧组刚度C=0.3 MN/m且其预压量为2 mm。通过测试试验,验证了该轨检仪能够满足检测精度和评价指标要求,为新一代轨检仪的设计和结构布局提供了数据输入和理论支撑。In order to improve the detection accuracy of the medium-low speed maglev track detector of rail geometrical parameters such as track seam,dislocation and track direction and ensure its operation stability,dynamic models for three kinds of design schemes are established respectively based on the theory of multi-body system dynamics,and a new generation track detector design scheme is put forward by comparing the vibration accelerations at the detection sensors when passing through the track seam.According to the defined detection accuracy and dynamic evaluation indexes,the optimal values of the key parameters of the new generation track detector are obtained based on the multi-parameter dynamic cooperative optimization analysis,and the test and verification are carried out on the medium-low speed maglev test line of China Railway Construction Heavy Industry.The results show that the vibration at each detection sensor can be significantly reduced by using four sets of double walking wheels/double guiding wheels.The optimal values of the key parameters are the longitudinal spacing of the walking wheel set Wx=600 mm,the longitudinal spacing of the guiding wheel set Gx=500 mm,the stiffness of the guiding spring set C=0.3 MN/m and its precompressed length is 2 mm.Through the test,it is verified that the track detector can meet the requirements of detection accuracy and evaluation indexes,which provides data input and theoretical support for the design and structural layout of the new generation track detector.
