摘 要:地震力是高烈度区铁路简支梁墩台基础设计的控制性因素,为研发通用的简支梁地震力计算模块,提高铁路桥梁数字精细平台的适用范围,构建一套任意墩形输入格式,建立满足抗震规范要求的铁路简支梁地震力通用模型和算法,基于此研发了数字精细平台简支梁地震力计算模块。以实际工程为例对计算模块进行了测试,结果表明:(1)数字精细平台提供的任意截面输入格式能支撑起常规截面和任意复杂截面桥墩轮廓尺寸输入;(2)地震力计算模型考虑了桩土耦合效应并且与铁路抗震规范条文相结合,能与平台数字化桩基计算功能融合;(3)与Midas软件对比,平台地震力结果误差在2%以内,计算精度满足工程设计要求;(4)平台提供自主设置振型迭代次数功能,可兼容标准设计数据输入和一键式结果输出,可扩展性和通用性强;(5)平台使用便捷、界面友好,已广泛应用于通苏嘉甬、京雄高铁等项目设计中。Seismic force is the controlling factor in the design of railway simply supported beam pier foundation in areas of high seismic intensity.In order to research and develop the simply supported beam seismic force calculation module and extend the scope of application of railway bridge digital-fine platform,this paper sets up a set of arbitrary pier shape input formats and establishes general models and algorithms to meet the requirements of railway seismic code.Based on this,the paper develops a simply supported beam seismic force calculation module of the platform.Tests are carried out based on the actual railway bridge engineering.The results show that:(1)The input formats of arbitrary pier section are fit for both general section and arbitrary section profiles;(2)The seismic calculation module in the platform takes into account of the influence of pile-soil coupling effect and the requirements of railway seismic code,and can be well-integrated with digital pier foundation calculation function in the platform;(3)The error between the platform calculation results and Midas is less than 2%,which satisfies the accuracy requirements in the engineering design;(4)The platform provides the function of user-setting mode frequency iteration number and realizes the compatibility of standard design data input and one-click results output with high extensibility and universality.(5)The platform has the advantages of friendly interface and easy operation and has been widely used in design of Nantong-Suzhou-Jiaxing-Ningbo Railway Project and Beijing-Xiong'an High-speed Railway Project.
