摘 要:目的探讨设计性实验的教学改革形式与内容,以提高中药炮制学的实验教学效果。方法选择中药学专业(对照组为2018级,观察组为2019级)学生,观察组采用传承与创新问题为重点设计的改革内容进行“情境创设”,结合本校实验室情况给予学生较为丰富的选择方向,对照组的设计性实验方向自定。结果观察组的实践操作能力、团队协作能力、科研思维能力、多学科知识综合运用及实验课喜欢类型五个方面高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组在设计性实验难易程度、学时安排合理性及设计性实验设置方式三个方面的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论情境创设利于学生在有限条件下对多学科的系统性知识的掌握与运用,能够调动学生主动性与积极性,提高教学质量。Objective To investigate the teaching reform form and content of designing experiment,so as to improve the experimental teaching effect of processing of Chinese Materia Medica.Methods Students majoring in Chinese Materia Medica were selected and divided into the control group(Grade 2018)and the observation group(Grade 2019).The observation group adopted the reform content designed with emphasis on inheritance and innovation to conduct“situational creation”,and the students were given richer choices in direction according to the laboratory situation of our school,while students of the control group were only informed that it was necessary to decide the direction of the designing experiment.Results The practical operation ability,teamwork ability,scientific research thinking ability,comprehensive application of multi-disciplinary knowledge and preferred types of experimental classes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between the observation group and the control group in the difficulty degree of the designing experiment,the rationality of the arrangement of class hours and the setting mode of the designing experiment(P>0.05).Conclusion The situational creation is beneficial to students’mastery and application of multi-disciplinary systematic knowledge under limited conditions,which can mobilize students’initiative and enthusiasm and improve the teaching quality.
