摘　　要：目的探讨微创贴面在前牙缺陷美学修复中的临床应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月在茂名市中医院及广东省人民医院南海医院实施前牙缺陷美学修复的患者60例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。观察组(30例)采用微创瓷贴面修复,对照组(30例)采用传统氧化锆全瓷冠修复。比较两组修复效果、患者紧张程度及满意度。结果观察组边缘适应性、修复体破损、继发龋齿方面得分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗过程中紧张程度评分7~10分的比例较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组紧张程度平均得分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组非常满意率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组并发症总发生率较观察组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创贴面在前牙缺陷美学修复中具有良好的修复效果,修复体破损率低,继发龋齿发生率低,边缘适应性更好,患者满意度高。Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of minimally invasive veneer in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth defects.Methods The clinical data of a total of 60 patients who underwent aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth defects in Maoming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nanhai Hospital of Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and retrospectively analyzed.The observation group(n=30)was treated with minimally invasive porcelain veneers,while the control group(n=30)was treated with conventional zirconia all-ceramic crowns.The repair effect,patient tension and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of marginal adaptability,restoration damage and secondary dental caries in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The proportion of tension degree of 7-10 points in the treatment process of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the average score of tension degree in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The very satisfactory rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the control group was higher than that of the observation group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive veneer has a good restoration effect in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth defects,with low restoration damage rate,low incidence of secondary caries,better marginal adaptability and high patient satisfact ion.
