理中汤加减治疗慢性胃炎脾胃虚弱证的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨理中汤加减治疗慢性胃炎脾胃虚弱证的临床效果研究。方法 将2017年5月-2020年5月在黑龙江省中医医院肝胆脾胃一科治疗的120例慢性胃炎脾胃虚弱证患者随机分为两组,对照组使用常规西医治疗,在此基础上,观察组使用理中汤加减治疗,对比两组的疗效、中医证候积分、胃肠激素水平、不良反应。结果 观察组、对照组治疗有效率分别为95.00%、78.33%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后胃脘隐痛、胃脘胀痛、食少纳呆、恶心呕吐、便溏等证候积分以及SS水平低于对照组,MTL、GAS水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相当(P>0.05)。结论 慢性胃炎脾胃虚弱证应用理中汤加减的临床效果显著,能有效减轻证候,调节胃肠激素分泌,改善胃肠功能,且安全性好,具有积极的临床意义。Objective To investigate clinical effect of modified center-rectifying decoction on chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach asthenia.Methods The paper chose 120 cases chronic gastritis patients with spleen and stomach weakness treated in Hepatobiliary Spleen and Stomach Department of Heilongjiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2017 to May 2020,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine western medicine,observation group with modified center-rectifying decoction in above basis.Curative effect,TCM syndrome scores,gastrointestinal hormone level and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Effective rate of observation group and control group were 95.00%and 78.33%respectively(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of epigastralgia,epigastralgia,anorexia,nausea and vomiting,loose stool and other syndromes and SS level in observation group were lower than control group,while MTL and GAS levels were higher than control group(P<0.05);adverse reactions Incidence in two groups was similar(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified center-rectifying decoction can achieve significant clinical effect for chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach asthenia syndrome,can alleviate syndrome,regulate gastrointestinal hormone secretion,improve gastrointestinal function effectively,which has good safety and positive clinical significance.
