翼状胬肉合并睑板腺功能障碍患者术前行干预措施对术后眼表的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨翼状胬肉合并睑板腺功能障碍患者术前行干预措施对术后眼表的影响分析。方法 将2021年1~6月在本院眼科治疗的67例翼状胬肉合并睑板腺功能障碍患者随机分为两组,均行手术治疗,对照组32例术前1周使用左氧氟沙星滴眼液、玻璃酸钠滴眼液及妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏治疗,在此基础上,观察组35例使用热敷及睑板腺按摩,对比两组的术后角膜上皮愈合时间及LMS评分、术后眼部舒适度评分、术后泪膜破裂时间。结果 观察组术后角膜上皮愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),术后LMS评分与对照组相当(P>0.05);观察组术后3天、1周的眼部舒适度评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组术后2周、4周的眼部舒适度评分相当(P>0.05);观察组术后1周的泪膜破裂时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05),术后2周、4周的泪膜破裂时间与对照组相当(P>0.05)。结论 翼状胬肉合并睑板腺功能障碍患者术前行干预措施能有效加快角膜上皮愈合速度,提高术后早期的眼部舒适度,延长泪膜破裂时间,具有积极的临床意义。Objective To investigate effect of preoperative interventions on ocular surface of pterygium patients combined with meibomian gland dysfunction.Methods The paper chose 67 cases pterygium patients complicated with meibomian gland dysfunction treated with surgery in ophthalmology department of our hospital from January 2021 to June 2021,and divided them into two groups randomly.32 cases in control group were treated with levofloxacin eye drops,sodium hyaluronate eye drops and tobramycin dexamethasone eye ointment one week before surgery.On this basis,35 cases in observation group were treated with hot compress and meibomian gland massage.Corneal epithelial healing time,LMS scores Postoperative eye comfort scores and tear film rupture time were compared.Results Healing time of corneal epithelium in observation group was significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05);scores of eye comfort in observation group at 3 days and 1 week after operation were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);tear film rupture time in observation group was significantly longer than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative intervention measures can effectively accelerate healing rate of corneal epithelium,improve early postoperative eye comfort,and prolong tear film rupture time of patients with pterygium and tarsal gland dysfunction,which has positive clinical significance.
