结肠癌治疗中采用完整结肠系膜切除术的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 分析完整结肠系膜切除术应用于结肠癌患者的临床治疗中的效果。方法 抽取2019年1月-2020年12月本院收治的80例结肠癌患者作为研究样本,分组方式为数字抽签法,分别为实验组(40例,完整结肠系膜切除术治疗)与参照组(40例,常规结肠癌根治术治疗),比较分析两组患者的临床相关指标(淋巴结清扫数、术后首次排便时间、首次下床活动时间、引流管拔出时间、住院时间)、并发症发生率(吻合口瘘、腹腔脓肿、切口感染)、复发率。对两组患者的不良情绪评分进行对比。结果 实验组患者的并发症发生率、复发率均低于参照组,组间数据差值有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的淋巴结清扫数明显高于参照组,组间数据差值有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的术后首次排便时间、首次下床活动时间、引流管拔出时间、住院时间均短于参照组,数值之间的差异有意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的焦虑情绪干预前与参照组相比,并不存在明显差异(P>0.05);抑郁情绪参照组与实验组相比也基本一致(P>0.05);干预后,参照组患者的焦虑情绪与实验组相比,分值较高(P<0.05);干预后,参照组与实验组患者的抑郁情绪进行对比,分值较高(P<0.05)。结论 在结肠癌患者的临床治疗中应用完整结肠系膜切除术的临床有效性较为显著,可降低术后并发症发生率,促进患者术后恢复,改善患者的焦虑及抑郁情绪,应用价值较高,值得推广。Objective To analyze effect of complete mesocolon resection in clinical treatment of patients with colon cancer.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with colon cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 as study samples,and divided them into two groups:experimental group(40 cases,treated with complete mesocolon resection)and reference group(40 cases,treated with routine radical resection of colon cancer).Clinical related indexes(lymph node clearance,first postoperative defecation time,first ambulation time,drainage tube extraction time,length of stay),complication incidence(anastomotic fistula,abdominal abscess,incision infection)and recurrence rate between two groups was compared and analyzed.Scores of adverse emotions between two groups were compared.Results Complication incidence and recurrence rate of experimental group were lower than control group,difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);number of lymph nodes in experimental group was significantly higher than control group,difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);first postoperative defecation time,first ambulation time,drainage tube withdrawal time and length of stay of experimental group was shorter than control group,difference between values was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in anxiety between experimental group and control group before intervention,(P>0.05);depression in reference group was basically the same compared with experimental group,(P>0.05).After intervention,anxiety of reference group was higher than experimental group(P<0.05).After intervention,depression scores of reference group were higher than experimental group,(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical treatment of patients with colon cancer,complete mesocolectomy can achieve obvious effect,can reduce incidence of postoperative complications,promote postoperative recovery,and improve anxiety and depression of patients,which has high application value and is worthy of promotion.
