微创拔牙治疗下颌阻生智齿的安全性分析

摘　　要：目的 分析在下颌阻生智齿的治疗中采用微创拔牙方式的安全性。方法 抽取2019年1月-2020年12月本院收治的80例下颌阻生智齿患者,经双盲法分为实验组(n=40)与参照组(n=40),参照组患者采用传统拔牙方法进行治疗,实验组患者采用微创拔牙治疗方法,比较患者的治疗效果。结果 实验组患者的并发症发生率、肿胀程度、疼痛程度、张口受限度均低于参照组(P<0.05);实验组的手术用时明显短于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 在下颌阻生智齿患者的临床治疗中,采用微创拔牙治疗效果比较明显,值得推广。Objective To analyze safety of minimally invasive extraction in treatment of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with impacted mandibular wisdom teeth admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020,and divided them into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40)randomly by double-blind method.Control group was treated with traditional tooth extraction method,and experimental group with minimally invasive tooth extraction method.Treatment effect between two groups was compared.Results Incidence of complications,degree of swelling,degree of pain and mouth opening restriction degree in experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05);operation time of experimental group was significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical treatment of patients with mandibular impacted wisdom teeth,minimally invasive tooth extraction can achieve obvious effect,which is worthy of promotion.
