摘  要:目的 研究自主教学模式在伤口造口培训中的应用。方法 将2019年10月-2020年10月本院培训的62名护理人员作为研究对象,按照随机原则将护理人员分为对照组和观察组,每组31名,对照组护理人员接受常规培训,观察组护理人员采用自主教学模式。结果 观察组的理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对本次培训的满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的授课能力评分、PPT制作能力评分高于对照组分(P<0.05)。结论 伤口造口培训中应用自主教学模式,实践效果非常好,能够显著提升护理人员的专业能力,值得推广和应用,达到优化伤口造口护理效果的目的。Objective To study application of independent teaching mode in wound ostomy training.Methods The paper chose 62 nursing staff admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 as research objects,and divided them into control group and observation group according to principle of randomization,with 31 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine training,and observation group with independent teaching mode.Results Nursing staff in observation group scored(98.13±1.52)points in theoretical examination and(96.81±2.55)points in practical examination.Nursing staff in control group scored(88.07±3.11)in theoretical assessment and(86.77±5.69)in practical assessment.Nurses in observation group were 96.77%satisfied with the training,while those in control group were 83.87%satisfied with the training.Nursing staff in observation group scored(49.52±0.37)points in teaching ability and(44.64±4.47)points in PPT production ability.Nursing staff in control group scored(40.68±3.55)points in teaching ability and(38.69±2.97)points in PPT production ability.Conclusion Independent teaching mode can achieve good practical effect in wound stoma training,can improve professional ability of nursing staff significantly,which is worthy of promotion and application to achieve goal of optimizing wound stoma nursing effect.
