摘  要:本研究通过分析《伤寒论》教学中存在的问题,将整体构思(conceive)、设计(design)、实现(implement)和运作(operate)的CDIO教育理念贯穿于《伤寒论》教学中,以学生为中心、教师为引领、问题为导向,通过课前预习阶段(conceive,构思)、课堂学习阶段(design,设计)、课后复习阶段(implement,实现)、课外早期临床(operate,运作)及CDIO期末考核阶段,全面促进学生对《伤寒论》课程的学习兴趣,注重提升学生中医文化自信,培养学生中医临证思维,促进经典理论和方证的临床应用,提升临床疗效,为中医药卓越人才培养进行有益的教学改革探索,获得了较好的教学效果。In this paper,the problem in the teaching of Treatise on Febrile Diseases was analyzed,and the overall CDIO educational concept of conceive,design,implement and operate was adopted in the teaching of Treatise on Febrile Diseases.By adopting a student-centered,teacher-led and problem-oriented method and with the pre-class preview stage(conceive),classroom learning stage(design),after-class review stage(implement),after-class early clinical stage(operate)and CDIO final examination stage included,students’interest in the study of Treatise on Febrile Diseases was comprehensively promoted,students’confidence in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture was improved,students’clinical thinking of TCM was cultivated,the clinical applications of classical theories and prescriptions were promoted,and the clinical efficacy was improved.All these contribute to exploring beneficial teaching reform to cultivate outstanding talents of TCM,with better teaching results obtained.
