开窍利咽四步针法治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用吞咽造影术评估开窍利咽四步针法治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍(DAS)的临床疗效。方法:将60例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者应用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组;对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上施以开窍利咽四步针法,比较两组治疗前后SSA评分、WST评级、吞咽障碍程度评分、MBI评分。比较两组并发症发生情况及临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后SSA评分、吞咽障碍评分、MBI评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开窍利咽四步针刺法治疗DAS疗效显著,可改善患者吞咽功能,提高患者日常生活活动能力。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Kaiqiao Liyan four-step needling method in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke(DAS)with swallowing angiography.Methods:60 patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random table method.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given the Kaiqiao Liyan four-step needling method on the basis of the control group.SSA score,WST score,swallowing disorder score,and MBI score were compared before and after treatment.The incidence of complications and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:The SSA score,dysphagia score and MBI score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Kaiqiao Liyan four-step needling method treatment for DAS is effective,which can improve the swallowing function and the ability of daily living.
