摘  要:肠道微生物通过神经、免疫和内分泌途径与中枢系统沟通交流,从而影响大脑的功能,进而影响人们的情绪和行为。这些错综复杂的沟通交流渠道构成了脑-肠轴。人的各个系统都处于一种动态稳定的状态,通过心率、血压、免疫反应等许多生物系统来补偿外部的变化。随着脑-肠轴理论研究的不断深入,发现调理肠道微生物动态平衡具有防治中枢神经系统疾病的可能。基于脑-肠轴理论,文章将脑神经、肠道菌群、脑肠肽等通路与脑功能、胃肠道功能结合起来分析,并从中医理论与现代医学的角度解读脑-肠轴与中风的关系,浅探调节肠道微生物稳态在中风治疗中的作用。Gut microbes communicate with the central system through nervous,immune,and endocrine pathways to affect brain function,people’s emotions and behavior.These intricate channels of communication constitute the brain-gut axis.Various human systems are in a dynamic and stable state,compensating for the external changes through many biological systems,such as heart rate,blood pressure,and the immune response.With the deepening of the brain-gut axis theory research,it is found that the dynamic balance of regulating intestinal microbes has the possibility to prevent and control central nervous system diseases.Based on the brain-gut axis theory,this paper analyses brain nerve,gut flora and brain-gut peptides pathways based on brain function and gastrointestinal function,and explain the relationship between brain-gut axis and stroke from the perspective of TCM theory and modern medicine,so as to explore the role of regulating intestinal microbial homeostasis in the treatment of stroke.
