泮托拉唑联合硫糖铝治疗反流性食道炎的效果与不良反应研究

摘　　要：目的研究反流性食道炎患者应用泮托拉唑联合硫糖铝治疗的效果与不良反应发生情况。方法湖北省麻城市人民医院消化内科2019年3月—2022年5月选取病例300例,均患反流性食道炎,随机平均分组,对照组给予硫糖铝治疗,观察组给予泮托拉唑联合硫糖铝治疗。观察两组的疗效、症状评分、不良反应发生率、24 h食管pH监测变化及生活质量。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率较高,症状评分明显较低,不良反应发生率较低,pH<4总反流次数较少,pH<4总时间较短,生活质量明显较高(P<0.05)。结论泮托拉唑联合硫糖铝治疗反流性食道炎,可提高疗效,减轻症状评分,减少不良反应与pH<4总反流次数,缩短pH<4总时间,提高生活质量。Objective To study the efficacy and adverse reactions of pantoprazole combined with sucralfate in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods From March 2019 to May 2022,a total of 300 cases of reflux esophagitis were selected from the department of gastroenterology,People's Hospital of Macheng City,Hubei Province.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with sucralfate,and the observation group was treated with pantoprazole combined with sucralfate.The efficacy,symptom score,incidence of adverse reactions,24-hour esophageal pH monitoring changes,and quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,the symptom score was significantly lower,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower,the total reflux times of pH<4 were less,the total time of pH<4 was shorter,and the quality of life was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Pantoprazole combined with sucralfate in the treatment of reflux esophagitis can improve the efficacy,reduce the symptom score,reduce adverse reactions and the total reflux times with pH<4,shorten the total time with pH<4,and improve the quality of life.
