俞红五主任“循经感传针法”治疗面肌痉挛经验总结

摘　　要：面肌痉挛是面部神经被血管压迫导致的面部不由自主地抽搐类疾病。西医治疗此病多采用手术,但有一定风险,多数患者难以接受。安徽中医药大学第二附属医院俞红五主任医师认为面肌痉挛的病位在手足阳明经筋,而以脉络空虚为本,核心病机以风为主。俞红五主任医师通过数十载临床经验,总结面肌痉挛患者用“循经感传针法”进行治疗的疗效显著。“循经感传针法”是指以“侧三里穴(健侧)、侧下三里穴(健侧)、翳风穴(患侧)、合谷穴(双侧)”选穴组方;针刺患侧合谷穴后,运用小幅度、高频率的上下震动手法,诱发循经感传,从而使气至病所,实现祛其外邪、补其内虚之目的。文章通过案例,介绍俞红五主任治疗面肌痉挛的成功经验,以期为临床提供参考。Facial spasm is a facial nerve being compressed by blood vessels.Western medicine treatment of this disease mostly uses surgical methods,but there are certain risks,most patients are difficult to accept.YU Hongwu,Chief Physician in Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine believed that the location of facial spasm was in the meridians and tendons of hand and foot Yangming(阳明),and it was based on empty veins.The core pathogenesis is wind.Through decades of clinical experience,Chief Physician YU Hongwu concluded patients with focial spasm were treated with“acupuncture method of propagated sensation along channel”can achieve a good curative effect.The“Acupuncture method of propagated sensation along channel”refers to the method of needling sensation along meridians,which is composed of acupoints selected from the side Sanli acupoint(LI10,healthy side),the side Xiasanli acupoint(ST36,healthy side),Yifeng acupoint(SJ17,affected side),and Hegu acupoint(LI4,bilateral).After needling Hegu acupoint(affected side),the upper and lower vibration techniques with small amplitude and high frequency are used to induce sensation along meridians,so as to make the Qi(气)reach the disease site,achieve the purpose of eliminating external pathogens and supplementing internal deficiency.In this article,through the cases,the successful experience of Chief Physician YU Hongwu in treating hemifacial spasm was introduced in order to provide clinical reference.
