摘　　要：目前,蛋白饲料资源短缺是制约饲料工业和畜牧行业发展的主要因素,而微生物蛋白由于其蛋白含量高、营养物质丰富、生产效率高、产量高等特点被广泛用于食品加工和饲料行业,是解决蛋白饲料资源短缺的重要方法之一。产朊假丝酵母是一种生产微生物蛋白的优良菌种,可作为添加剂应用于蛋白饲料的生产。本文对产朊假丝酵母在蛋白饲料中的作用及应用研究进行综述,并对产朊假丝酵母的应用前景进行展望,以期为产朊假丝酵母在蛋白饲料中的应用提供参考。At present,the shortage of protein feed resources is the principal consideration constraint the expand of feed industry and animal husbandry industry,and microbial protein is widely used in food processing and feed industry due to its high protein content,rich nutrients,high production efficiency and high yield.An important method for the shortage of protein feed resources.Candida utilis is an excellent strain for producing microbial protein protein,which can be used as a feed additive in the production of protein feeds.In this paper,the role and application of Candida utilis in protein feed were reviewed,and the application prospect of Candida utilis was prospected,in order to provide reference for the application of Candida utilis in protein feed.
