摘  要:为研究不同饲养方式对2月龄滩羊羔羊脂肪和肌肉组织脂肪酸组成和含量的影响,试验选择24只体重接近、健康的刚出生的滩羊羔羊随机分成舍饲和放牧组,每组滩羊羔羊各12只,放牧组羔羊随放牧哺乳母羊饲养,舍饲组随舍饲哺乳母羊饲养,于2月龄时屠宰取膈肌、股二头肌、背最长肌、尾部脂肪、肾周脂肪和皮下脂肪,用气相色谱仪测定脂肪酸含量。试验结果表明:(1)在肌肉组织的脂肪酸中,与放牧组相比,舍饲组滩羊膈肌中棕榈酸、花生酸、反式油酸的含量显著提高(P<0.05);硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸的含量极显著提高(P<0.01),α-亚麻酸、二十碳五烯酸甲酯(EPA)、二十二碳六烯酸甲酯(DHA)的含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。股二头肌中肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、亚油酸的含量极显著提高(P<0.01),α-亚麻酸的含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。背最长肌中花生酸的含量显著降低(P<0.05),花生四烯酸的含量显著提高(P<0.05);棕榈酸、反式油酸的含量极显著提高(P<0.01),α-亚麻酸、EPA、DHA的含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。(2)在脂肪组织的脂肪酸中,与放牧组相比,舍饲组滩羊尾部脂肪的硬脂酸、反式油酸、亚油酸的含量极显著提高(P<0.01),α-亚麻酸含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。肾周脂肪的硬脂酸、反式油酸、亚油酸含量极显著提高(P<0.01),α-亚麻酸含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。皮下脂肪的肉豆蔻酸、花生酸、α-亚麻酸的含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。综上,不同饲养方式滩羊羔羊肌肉组织和脂肪组织的脂肪酸含量不同。In order to study the effects of different feeding methods on the composition and content of fatty acids in fat and muscle tissue of 2-month-old Tan sheep lambs.The experimental choose 24 healthy newborn Tan sheep lambs with similar weight were randomly divided into house feeding group and grazing group.There were 12 Tan sheep lambs in each group,the lambs in the grazing group were reared with grazing lactaing ewes,the rearing group was kept with the rearing ewes.At the age of 2 months,the lambs were slaughtered and the diaphragm,biceps femoris,longissimus dorsi muscle,tail fat,perirenal fat and subcutaneous fat were collected for the determination of fatty acid contents by gas chromatograph.The experimental results showed that:(1)In fatty acids of muscle tissue,compared with grazing group,the contents of C16,C20 and C18:1n9t in the diaphragm of Tan sheep lambs in house feeding group were significantly increased(P<0.05);The contents of C18,C18:1n9c and C18:2n6c were extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),while the contents of C18:3n3,EPA and DHA were extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01).The contents of C14,C16 and C18:2n6c in biceps femoris were extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),while the contents of C18:3n3 were extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01).The content of C20 in longissimus dorsi muscle was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the content of C20:4n6 was significantly increased(P<0.05);The C16 and C18:1n9t were extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),while the contents of C18:3n3,EPA and DHA were extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01).(2)Among the fatty acids in adipose tissue,compared with grazing group,the contents of C18,C18:1n9t and C18:2n6c in tail fat of Tan sheep lambs in house feeding group were extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),and the content of C18:3n3 was extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01).The contents of C18,C18:1n9t and C18:2n6c in perirenal fat were extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),while C18:3n3 was extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01).T
